Project Composition

The collaborative project „River Ecosystem Service Index“ (RESI) is supported by a consortium of 16 institutions, where 7 scientific institutions, 4 small- and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and 5 practitioners are involved. In close cooperation of science and practice, 7 themed modules are elaborated. The coordination of the collaborative project is performed by the Leibniz-Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries (IGB), Dep. Ecosystem Research.

The project is accompanied by the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation (BfN), Bonn, the German Environment Agency (UBA), Dessau-Roßlau, as well as the Working Group on water issues (LAWA).
